I finally was able to host a fun postgame show! The end of January and the beginning for February was not kind to the Kentucky Wildcats. Luckily they got things turned around against the Crimson Tide.
Here is what I discussed:
- Quade Green was back to normal
- Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was a beast on defense
- Green and SGA did a great job on two of the SEC’s best guards in Collin Sexton and John Petty
- Jarred Vanderbilt is finding his way and that’s good news for Kentucky
- Kevin Knox had 13 big points in the second half
- Nick Richards had one of his best games of the season
- Hamidou Diallo struggled some but he kept fighting and he didn’t hurt Kentucky
- Calipari post game sound
- Jason Ence and other calls weigh in on the game
- I really liked the lineup of SGA, Quade, Knox, Vanderbilt, and Washington
- More!
I’ll be back on the call Tuesday night after Kentucky battles Arkansas in Fayetteville. That should be a dandy.
