Kentucky is looking to fill the void of Xavier Peters (who flipped his commitment to Florida State) with another four-star linebacker. Chris Oats is a 6-4, 215 lb four-star LB in the 2018 class who is likely to either go to Ohio State or UK.
Oats is a Cincinnati native, and if OSU makes an effort it wouldn’t be a surprise if they swipe him from UK.
That being said, it seems to be 50/50 between the Buckeyes and the Wildcats.
