The recruiting carousel never slows down in college basketball, as the Kentucky Wildcats coaching staff has their eyes on another target in the 2020 class.

Brandon ‘BJ’ Boston Jr. is a 6-6, 175-pound shooting guard from Norcross, GA. Boston has shot up in the recruiting rankings for the 2020 class and currently sits at #10 in the 247 Sports rankings and #8 in the Rivals.com rankings.

Per Evan Daniels at 247Sports, Kentucky is set to evaluate Boston this coming Monday.

Boston is a long, athletic wing with the ability to take the ball to the hoop or knock down the outside three. He’s just a junior this year, but he has already shown flashes of what he is capable of on the court. He averaged 16.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game on the Nike EYBL circuit over the spring and summer.

A ton of schools have already reached out to Boston, including the Duke Blue Devils, Auburn Tigers, Florida Gators, and the Alabama Crimson Tide, among others. Thanks to new NCAA rules allowing high school juniors to take official visits beginning in the fall, Boston has already visited Duke, Alabama, Auburn, and Florida. Kentucky will be up against some stiff competition to win Boston’s services. We’ll keep an eye on Boston’s recruitment as things heat up.

For now, here are some highlights:
