It looks like the Kentucky Wildcats won’t be flipping Aidan Robbins.
On Monday, Robbins announced he would sign with the Louisville Cardinals on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, December 19th, 2018 at DuPont Manual High School at 3:15 PM, I will be signing my Letter of Intent to the University of Louisville. I’m staying home! #L1C4 pic.twitter.com/YzAnxEOwXd

Robbins has been committed to the Cardinals, but he was mulling a flip to a different school leading into the early signing period. He took an official visit with the BYU Cougars recently and got a visit from UK recruiting coordinator Vince Marrow. That was a good sign that UK was interested in flipping him, but alas, he’s sticking with Louisville and new head coach Scott Satterfield.
One of the top players from Kentucky, Robbins plays at DuPont Manual High School in Louisville (KY). He’s ranked 849th in the nation by 247 Sports in addition to being the 10th-best recruit from the state of Kentucky. He also holds offers from the Missouri Tigers, Purdue Boilermakers, Duke Blue Devils, Vanderbilt Commodores, South Carolina Gamecocks, Ole Miss Rebels and Indiana Hoosiers among others.
UK remains at 21 commitments heading into Wednesday’s early signing period.
