Hamidou Diallo suffers gruesome leg injury vs Golden State Warriors

Prayers up to Hami

NCAA Basketball: NCAA Tournament-Second Round-Buffalo vs Kentucky Brian Losness-USA TODAY Sports

Hamidou Diallo is a kid that hopefully every Kentucky fan has rooted for. From coming back last season, through his highest of highs and lowest of lows, Hami is such a like-able guy.

Last night, while the Oklahoma City Thunder played the Golden State Warriors, Hami suffered an unfortunate, gruesome leg injury going for a rebound. Watch below if you can stomach it:

And as expected, Diallo had to be taken off the floor on a stretcher:

Hamidou had been averaging 6.5 points per game, along with 2.5 rebounds per game and had been playing valuable minutes for the Thunder, including starting a few games in place of Andre Roberson.

Get well soon, Hami.
