Things are beginning to get even more interesting around the University of Louisville.
Brian Bowen’s father took the stand today, and spoke about “the Adidas Arrangement” in which he took money for the recruitment of his son.
With Bowen’s testimony, it appears that some people around the UofL program are getting more nervous about what punishments could be handed down to the program.
At least according to Tim Sullivan from the Courier Journal who tweeted this last night:
Hearing a lot of anxiety from #Louisville camp as Brian Bowen Sr. testifies. Lawyer/fan fears death penalty. Former player expects recruits to decommit. The threat was always implicit with school on probation, but now it feels more real.

The first few days of this trial has brought forth a lot of information and could potentially continue to implicate many more players and coaches, but it remains to be seen what the NCAA will make of Louisville following Bowen’s comments on the stand.
Keep your eyes on the trial as it moves forward. It is can’t miss news.
