At 6-1 and ranked 12th in the nation, Kentucky wasn’t getting much respect going into Saturday’s matchup with Missouri.
Some of that came from TJ Moe, who thought it was a done deal Missouri was winning this game.
Everyone on the ESPN College Gameday Crew, except Kirk Herbstreit, picked Missouri to beat Kentucky.
Then, there was ESPN anchor Scott Van Pelt, who’s ‘Lock of the Week’ was the Tigers taking down the Wildcats.
To be fair to them, Missouri had Kentucky beat, so much that ESPN actually sent out a notification that the Tigers won 14-9.

Problem is, Kentucky still had one untimed down left with the clock reading 0:0. That one play turned into Terry Wilson hitting CJ Conrad for the game-winning, walk-off score to give Kentucky a 15-14 win.
So, yet again, Kentucky won a game it was an underdog in, as even oddsmakers had Missouri favored by seven.
And linebacker Kash Daniel didn’t forget about the pregame disrespect:

Snell didn’t forget about Van Pelt.

Just keep feeding these Wildcats.
