Kentucky has been recruiting Shawnkel Knight-Goff, Wandale Robinson, and JJ Weaver pretty heavily, and these three recruits are going to be announcing their college football destinations fairly soon.
Shawnkel will be announcing his decision this coming Friday during his high school football game, and it’s coming down between Kentucky and Louisville.
This has been a long ride of recruitment for me but I am proud to say that I will be announcing my commitment this Friday. @Doss_High (During the game) I thank both schools for putting their faith in me & giving me a chance to play for their athletics. pic.twitter.com/pwottDjdi6

Wandale Robinson, a four-star recruit out of Frankfort, Kentucky, will be announcing his decision on November 1st. Robinson has other offers from Ohio State, Nebraska, Alabama, Duke, and Purdue. According to the 247 Sports crystal ball, Ohio State and Nebraska are ahead of Kentucky, but with Vince Marrow recruiting him, I wouldn’t count him out just yet.
Then there is JJ Weaver, a four-star defensive end out of Louisville that is listed at 6-6 and 240 pounds. Weaver is announcing his decision on November 3rd, and Kentucky is thought to be the heavy favorite at this time to land Weaver over the Louisville Cardinals.
All three of these recruits would be huge gets for Kentucky, and they all could make a definite impact on the 2019 season. At the end of the day, Kentucky should land at least one of these talented players, and for now, it appears they’ll get at least two. Getting all three would be a major statement by Mark Stoops and his staff, not to mention it would be a nice reward for how far Kentucky has come this year in cracking the top 15 and being in the running for an SEC East title.
For Kentucky to keep reaching new heights, these are the kind of recruits the Wildcats need to keep home.
