The Kentucky Wildcats are back at Kroger Field tonight as the Vanderbilt Commodores come to town.
The Wildcats are coming off a much-needed bye week and should be rested and recharged after their overtime loss at Texas A&M in Week 6. Every indication has been Kentucky is focused and hungry for a rebound performance.
Vanderbilt is coming off a painful loss at home to Florida, a game in which the Dores led by 18 at one point but ultimately fell 37-27. They’re now 3-4 on the year and have yet to win an SEC game.
In terms of the quality of opponent and the fact that this game is at Kroger Field, this is one of the most ‘winnable’ games left on the schedule for Kentucky, but that’s no reason to sleep on the Commodores, who also lost by five points on the road against a top-five Notre Dame team earlier this season.
This game will kick off at 7:30 pm EST on the SEC Network.
