Big Blue Madness is about to start, so come talk about what’s taking place in Rupp Arena!
The moment every Kentucky fan waits for is finally here: The unofficial start to Kentucky Wildcats Basketball!
This is a time for fans, media, players, and coaches to all celebrate the beginning of basketball season together. It’s also the best recruiting spectacle we’ve ever seen.
Many top recruits that haven’t already signed with Kentucky will be in attendance tonight. To name a few of the big ones; Vernon Carey (2019 #2), RJ Hampton (2020 #6), and Jaemyn Brakefield (2020 #19). There will be a few others in attendance as well, read here to see more.
A lot of colleges celebrate midnight madness, but no one does it quite like Kentucky. It is quite the spectacle and with John Calipari at the head of it, it’s always flashy!
After the Bahamas trip, many fans already have very high expectations for this team. They’re nearly two deep at every position (dependent on health), and with Reid Travis, P.J. Washington, and Nick Richards in the lineup, they have experience.
The men are projected to have the No. 1 team entering the 2018-19 season in many preseason polls. It should be a fun year!
