Kentucky Wildcats fans have been anxious to find out when tickets for the Champions Classic against the Duke Blue Devils will be available for purchase.
We now know that fans will be able purchase those tickets to the game in Indianapolis next Monday on October 8th starting at 9 am EST in the morning. Just so you’re not scrambling at the last minute to get tickets to the game, here is the link to get in line for them.
The Champions Classic will take place at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana on November 6th. This is no doubt going to be one of the most anticipated games of the year for Kentucky with it being against one of their biggest rivals in Duke.
Every year, both John Calipari and Coach K have championship-caliber teams, and this year won’t be any different, especially with Duke having top recruits such as Zion Williamson, R.J. Barrett, Cam Reddish and Tre Jones.
I like that this game is early on in the season so Kentucky can get it out of the way, so to speak, and then really dig in and focus on the rest of the season. A lot of fans won’t agree with me on this, but this not is a make or break game for Kentucky with it being the first game of the season, despite all of the attention it’s already getting.
The good thing is with Kentucky having already gotten the chance to play together against pro teams in the Bahamas, I believe that will give the Wildcats a little of an edge going into this game. These guys will already possess a little bit of chemistry that the Blue Devils might lack, especially after Reddish and Jones missed their Canada trip against lesser competition.
If you can attend the game, it’s a once in a lifetime chance you shouldn’t pass up.
