Wednesday Quickies: Relax Edition

Kentucky pulled away from Miss. St. last night, allowing the Cats to breathe a sigh of relief.

John Calipari has talked about the Wildcats (and their fans) not needing to panic. Everything is fine, Cal says, and the Wildcats will make that same progression they always make.

For the first 30-35 minutes last night, it didn’t seem like there was no cause for concern. But UK showed some strength and got big performances from Kevin Knox and PJ Washington to distance themselves from the Bulldogs and get a much-needed win.

If Kentucky can get some quality wins, especially at home, it’ll help them build up from their early struggles.
