Nick Lewis flips from Washington State to UK Wildcats

The Cats score a big commitment in the trenches.

The Kentucky Wildcats have scored a huge football pledge, figuratively and literally.

It comes in the form of Nick Lewis, who announced his pledge to UK on Monday:

Lewis was previously committed to the Washington State Cougars. He also holds offers from Maryland, Temple, UCF, Missouri, Minnesota, Memphis, iowa State, Cincinnati and Colorado State among others.

The 6-9, 348-pound offensive tackle visited UK this past weekend, so it’s no much of a surprise to see him flip justs days later. He hails from The Bolles School in Jacksonville (FL). 247 Sports rates him as the 37th-best offensive tackle in the Class of 2018.

UK needed some more offensive line depth to complete their 2018 class, making Lewis a big commitment as National Signing Day inches closer.
