Kentucky’s visitor list for Big Blue Madness keeps growing.
After the announcement that Kentucky’s lone commit in the 2018 class, Immanuel Quickley, would be returning to Lexington the weekend of Oct. 13 for Big Blue Madness, 2019 five-star wing D.J. Jeffries announced he will be visiting for the event as well.
Jeffries (6’7, 185) is from Mississippi and is a top 15 player in the 2019 class. He recently received a Kentucky offer and 247 Sports Crystal Ball shows Kentucky leading for Jeffries with 80 percent. LSU is the only other school with predictions at 20 percent.
Jeffries played with Team Penny on the Nike EYBL circuit and averaged 11.6 points and 5 rebounds per game, as well as 2 assists.
He is clearly a priority for the Kentucky coaching staff, as he was the second 2019 player to score an offer from the Wildcats after Wiseman.
Jeffries will join Quickley, Bol Bol (2018), Darius Garland (2018), James Wiseman (2019), Jalen Johnson (2020), and Zion Harmon (2021) as recruits confirmed to be visiting for Big Blue Madness.
