Kentucky fans are optimistic about the Wildcats potentially landing star point guard Immanuel Quickley this evening.

Quickley’s announcement, which is expected to come around 6:15 p.m. EST today, will be streamed on the Uninterrupted Facebook page. A fan Q&A will follow on Uninterrupted’s Instagram account.

Once the stream is live, we’ll post the video stream in here. We’ll also post a replay of Quickley making his college choice, which should be in favor of the Kentucky Wildcats.

The organization has been following Quickley for a documentary, so it is no surprise that they will be recording his announcement.

Quickley will choose between Kentucky, Kansas, and Miami, but due to Hurricane Irma, Quickley didn’t take his official visit to Miami, so it’s highly unlikely he will choose to go there.

So it will likely be down to Kentucky and Kansas for Quickley, who is the #2 point guard in the class. There was some recent buzz for Kansas, but most recruiting insiders have downplayed it.

Kentucky is still seen as the heavy favorite. If Kentucky is indeed the choice, he will be Kentucky’s first commit for the 2018 class.

While we wait for Quickley to announce, here is a video
