Jeffries, who hails from Olive Branch (MS), is regarded as a top-25 prospect in most recruiting services, the highest being ninth overall by ESPN.
247 Sports Composite, which measures all of the recruiting services, has Jeffries ranked 16th overall. His lowest ranking is 37th by Rivals.
Seeing how he is just the second player offered in 2019 — joining James Wiseman — I’d venture to guess Jeffries is closer to being a top-10 prospect than one in the 30s.
Among the schools who’ve already offered Jeffries include Kansas, Florida, Alabama, Maryland, Texas A&M and LSU among others.
