Kentucky gets a preferred walk-on from within the state and more in today’s quickies.

Good morning BBN, Kentucky got a really good commitment out of Manny Harper yesterday, a preferred walk-on wide receiver/defensive back from Kentucky. He’s one of the top seniors in the state, and will have a full academic scholarship to Kentucky thanks to his 4.2 GPA and his Governor’s Scholar status.
