Kentucky Basketball still in the running for Moses Brown

The Class of 2018 seven-footer is still considering the Wildcats, even without an official offer

2018 big man Moses Brown, ranked #10 in the 247 Sports National Composite, is still considering Kentucky, according to Adam Zagoria of zagsblog.com

Brown recently announced that he would be taking two official visits in September, one to Louisville on Sept. 1 and the other to Maryland near the end of the month.

Maryland is seen as the primary favorite for the 7’1 Brown, but Louisville has continued to show more interest in landing the New York big man.

On Zagsblog, Brown spoke his thoughts on each of the teams recruiting him and included Kentucky in that list.

Kentucky: “They just want me to become a pro and to set goals for myself to be the best Moses that I can possibly be.”

According to Brown, Louisville and Maryland have told him that they believe he is the best big man in his class.

Kentucky has yet to offer Brown and there has been little to no news coming out that Kentucky still had a heavy interest in Brown, but could Calipari begin looking at him now that Bagley is planning to reclassify and it seems Bol Bol may stay out west?

Kentucky still holds 22 percent of the predictions on Brown’s Crystal Ball.
