Most college basketball athletes take it easy in the summer, but Hamidou Diallo and Nick Richards just are not most college basketball players.

I would actually say they are defining what most NBA lottery picks look like when they work out in the summer.

Why am I saying this is what lottery picks look like working out in the summer? Well, just look at some of the players they have been working out with… Enes Kanter, Shane Larkin, and even Carmelo Anthony. All of these players are working out at Academy Basketball in New York, according to Chris Brickley’s Instagram.

Brickley’s work with athletes like Larkin, Melo, Kanter and several other big-league names were featured in Business Insider.

As most college students have sit at home all summer, Richards and Diallo have taken advantage of the rare opportunity to work with NBA superstars, thanks to Brickley.

Brickley said in the description of one video that Diallo said he wants to win a national championship and be one of the best college basketball players in the country. Brickley replied back with a simple, “Let’s Grind”.

If Coach Cal has had a good summer, I’m sure that seeing this made him have a better one.
