The Kentucky Wildcats’ Ohio connection is as strong as it’s ever been.
The latest example comes in Keaton Upshaw, who has committed to the Cats on Saturday:

The Lima (OH) product made the call while holding offers from the likes of Louisville, West Virginia, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Temple, Ohio, Purdue, Bowling Green, Temple and Western Michigan among others.
Upshaw is a three-star tight end in most of the major recruiting services. ESPN doesn’t have an evaluation on him but does list the 6-6, 226 pounder as a tight end/h-back. Scout.com ranks Upshaw as the 25th-best tight end in the 2018 class. Rivals.com ranks him as the 27th-best recruit from Ohio.
This comes after Upshaw camped with UK recently, and he apparently lived up his visit:
