As the 2017 NBA Draft draws nearer, NBA teams are hard at work to see what this year’s crop of Kentucky Wildcats have to offer. Here are some of the upcoming workouts/draft news for our former Cats:
- De’Aaron Fox has a busy schedule this week with several teams that already have former Cats. He will workout with the Sacramento Kings — who have Skal Labissiere and Willie Cauley-Stein — as well as the Phoenix Suns included — who have four former Cats in their backcourt.
- Isaiah Briscoe impressed at his recent Chicago Bulls workout. He will have more workouts to come.
- Bam Adebayo worked out for Detroit Pistons on Tuesday. He says his shooting has improved and he can shoot from multiple spots on court, something we didn’t see him get a chance to do much of in his one season at UK.
- Malik Monk is set to workout with the Suns this week. Again, their backcourt is already loaded with former Cats, but coming off two straight terrible seasons, they could be looking to revamp their roster.
We will have you updated each day up until the draft on any Kentucky workout or NBA news.
