Kevin Knox is coming to Kentucky.
The five-star wing announced Saturday that he’s off to UK. Instead of a big press conference or an ESPN announcement, Knox simply made his decision public via his Twitter page.

Knox made the call for Kentucky over Duke, North Carolina, Florida State and Missouri. He’s easily one of the best remaining prospects in the 2017 class, not to mention a top-10 prospect in nearly every recruiting service.
The 6-9, 205-pound Knox is ranked No. 9 overall by Rivals, Scout and ESPN. 247 Sports has him ranked No. 17 in the 2017 class.
The addition of Knox will bolster Kentucky’s already stacked class, which has all but clinched the top spot with ease. The Cats are already stacked at the wing with five-star forwards Jarred Vanderbilt and P.J. Washington coming in to join sophomore Wenyen Gabriel. There’s also a chance Hamidou Diallo and/or Cam Johnson are on the roster next season, which makes this an absolutely stacked haul for Kentucky.
