With Kentucky hosting an NCAA Tournament Region, we now know the Bat Cats’ road to Omaha. And it features a very intriguing matchup. If Kentucky advances through its region, which will feature Indiana, North Carolina State and Ohio, they’ll be set to play a Super Regional against the Louisville Cardinals (as long as Louisville wins its region as well). The in-state rivalry isn’t just limited to football and basketball; it strikes a chord with the baseball teams as well. This would be a great rivalry matchup to see should both teams advance.
