Grad transfer and Kentucky Wildcats target Cam Johnson wrapped up his visit to Lexington last week, a visit in which he described as “good”. The former Pitt player isn’t done taking visits and the Arizona Wildcats are next on his list:
Arizona will play host to Pitt grad-transfer Cam Johnson on Thursday for an official visit; UCLA & Oregon will likely receive on next week

Evan Daniels broke much of this down last week, guessing that right now Kentucky and Arizona are the favorites.
I was hoping for a Johnson commit last week, but obviously the young man wants to weigh all of his options. Maybe he is waiting to see what Kevin Knox and Hamidou Diallo do before he makes a decision. I still feel that Kentucky is his favorite, but his decision depends on the decision of others.
Knox is supposedly picking his destination later this week and Diallo essentially has the entire month of May before we know his intentions. It will be worth the wait though for whoever lands Johnson, as he’ll make a major impact next season for any of these schools.
