Hamidou Diallo is entering his name into the NBA Draft, but not signing an agent, meaning he could return to Kentucky next year.
The plan was originally for Diallo to sit out this past season, which he did, and return for next year, which would technically be his freshman year of eligibility. However, with his name in the draft he now has a lot of options. He can find out what his draft prospects are, get more advice from scouts, and find out where he falls in mock drafts. If he’s in a good position in the draft, it’d probably be in his best interest to leave. If he’s not happy with his potential draft spot, he could return to Kentucky and work on his game some more. It’s a win-win for Diallo, no doubt.

He’s right. If he likes the feedback, he can go. If not, he can stay.
