The SEC Tournament is down to eight teams entering Friday’s quarterfinal round.
Now is when we’ll get to see the top seeds in action as they come off their double-byes to face NCAA Tournament hopefuls.
Kentucky will get a Georgia team in desperate need of a signature win to even get on the bubble come Selection Sunday. South Carolina will face an Alabama team that needs to at least make the championship game to be in contention for the Big Dance.
Florida gets a red-hot Vanderbilt team looking to secure it’s tourney berth. Arkansas will look to hold off an Ole Miss team that’s in good position for a nice NIT seed, but need to win the SEC Tournament to earn an NCAA berth.
