Three future Kentucky Wildcats were named to All-USA basketball teams by USA Today.
P.J. Washington, the 6’8, 229 pound forward, landed on the second team, while the backcourt duo of Quade Green and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander were named to the third team.
USA Today comprises three teams made up of five players each for their All-America teams.
Gilgeous-Alexander has been a little out of the spotlight, as he is not with fellow UK commits at the McDonald’s All-American game, but he will play in the Nike Hoops Summit for the World Team (he is originally from Canada) on April 7 in Portland. Green and Kentucky signee Nick Richards will also play in that game.
