High school junior Zion Williamson has college coaches and fans salivating over his extreme athleticism and ability to finish at the rim.
With his ability, Williamson has gotten interest from elite programs all over the nation. But he’s certainly not rushing to make a decision.
Despite social media rumors, Williamson hasn’t narrowed down his list of schools at all, according to WSPA News.
Williamson also said he’s not skipping out on his senior year at Spartanburg Day School. He plans to play his senior year, and make his decision after his senior year is over.
While powerhouses like Kentucky, Duke and North Carolina are in the running, South Carolina is becoming a bigger threat to keep Zion in-state thanks to their NCAA Tournament run.
Williamson probably wants to stay close to home for what likely will be a one-year college stay, but never count Kentucky out for any elite recruit.
