Wednesday Quickies: Bam Mode Edition

Bam went full Bam Mode on Mizzou and carried Kentucky to a win. Now, on to Florida.

Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

It was pretty clear the Cats thought they could simulate a win without actually playing Tuesday night, which got about as low as it's been this season for Kentucky until they finally put the game away.

We may never know why this team has fallen as far as it has, but it's clear this team just isn't what we thought it would become by the time March rolled around. John Calipari has worked some pretty remarkable magic before, but getting this team back in gear has clearly turned into one of his biggest challenges to date, and time is quickly running out...

The good news is Bam went full Bam Mode on the Tigers to carry the Cats to a win. Now, on to Florida.

Tweet(s) of the Day:

While Kentucky has struggled to look the part, Bam had just the kind of game we all expected him to have. Perhaps the light is finally coming on for him...
