The Kentucky Wildcats are back on the rise in the latest polls.
Thanks to losses by Florida State, Virginia, Cincinnati, Wisconsin, and North Carolina, the Cats are climbing back up the rankings after their recent slide had them fall out of the top 10. The latest AP Poll has UK checking in at No. 13 after beating LSU and Alabama last week.
Retaining the top spot in both polls is Gonzaga, followed by Villanova and Kansas. Here is the fully-updated AP Poll:

In case you missed it, here is what the NCAA selection committee's top 16 teams looked like during Saturday's bracket preview show:
- Villanova
- Kansas
- Baylor
- Gonzaga
- UNC
- FSU
- Louisville
- Oregon
- Arizona
- Virginia
- Florida
- Kentucky
- Butler
- West Virginia
- UCLA
- Duke
The good thing for UK is that Butler, Virginia, and FSU all lost this weekend, so the Cats would probably be higher up on this list if the ranking were done Monday.
