Kentucky Wildcats Basketball: Highlights and Box Score from Thrilling Win over Georgia

UK may have been heavily favored over Georgia, but this quickly turned into a game the Cats were lucky just to win.

With De’Aaron Fox sidelined with illness and Bam Adebayo battling foul trouble, Georgia jumped out to a 12-0 lead and looked primed for a massive upset in Rupp Arena.

Thankfully, UK had Isaiah Briscoe and Malik Monk, who combined for 60 points to carry the Cats to a 90-81 win in overtime. Monk alone scored 31 points in the second half and OT as the freshman guard had another memorable performance.
