Kentucky will look to upset the favored Northwestern Wildcats

NCAA Football: Kentucky at Vanderbilt Jim Brown-USA TODAY Sports

The Kentucky Wildcats are in Nashville preparing to take on the Northwestern Wildcats in the Music City Bowl.

Kentucky comes in off a 7-5 regular season, but struggled down the stretch, losing 3 of their last 4 games including blowout losses to end the season at Georgia and against Louisville.

Northwestern, on the other hand, had their season play out a little differently. They started the season 2-3, including blowout losses against Duke and Penn State, but rallied to win out following the Oct. 7 loss to Penn State by winning their next seven games. That included a 3-game stretch of overtime victories against Iowa, Michigan State, and Nebraska.
