Good morning, we’re just now finding out that South Carolina basketball was subpoenaed back in September, according to The Greenville News and The State. The subpoena requests documents relating to potential NCAA violations regarding the Lamont Evans situation, a now-former assistant coach at Oklahoma State and South Carolina who allegedly took bribes in order to direct players to agents and financial advisers.
A USC spokesman said that the university complied with the subpoena and has continued to comply since then.
