Good morning BBN, verbal commitments can start becoming signed letter of intent commitments as the fall signing period for college basketball starts today. The early signing period will end on Nov. 15, and the NLI window will be closed until April 11. This means Kentucky’s only current 2018 commit, Immanuel Quickley, will be signing his NLI on Thursday.
