NBA: Denver Nuggets at Cleveland Cavaliers Ken Blaze-USA TODAY Sports

In John Calipari’s most recent mailbag he was asked who his most underrated Wildcat has been in his time at Kentucky.

"I would say DeAndre Liggins might've been the most underrated player I coached," Calipari said. "[He] was really effective and changed games and had a big impact on games. We got to the Final Four that year. He's still in the NBA so maybe he's not so underrated but he's one that would stand out in my mind."

Yes, Liggins is still in the NBA, but he’s been perfectly under the radar enough to be considered underrated. Liggins averaged 8.6 points, 4 rebounds and 2.5 assists at Kentucky. He was drafted 53rd in 2011 and bounced around the league, staying in it because of his defense. He now plays for the Milwaukee Bucks and plays about 15 minutes per game, as he’s carved out a nice role for himself.

Who would you pick at the most underrated Calipari-coached Cat? Let us know in the comments section!
