The Kentucky Wildcats will once again be big underdogs to the Louisville Cardinals.

Oddsmakers have tabbed Louisville as a 9.5 point favorite in this year’s edition of the Governor’s Cup. It seems like a big line for a 7-4 team on the road facing another 7-4 team, but the Cards are coming off an impressive 56-10 win over Syracuse, while the Cats just lost 42-13 at Georgia.

Last season, the Cats beat the Cards, their Heisman Trophy winning quarterback, and their 28-point spread at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium with a score of 41-38.

A lot has changed since then, but the game time will remain the same. Kickoff will take place at 12:00 p.m. at Kroger Field on November 25th.

If you are unable to make it to Lexington, you can catch the game on the SEC Network.

Kentucky will be going for its eighth win of the regular season, which would be the first time that has happened since 1984. This has been a strong season for the Cats so far, but a win over Louisville would be the icing on the cake.
