The Kentucky Wildcats are now ranked as low as they've been this season.
Following a pair of losses last week, UK checks in at No. 8 in the latest AP Poll. The Cats would have dropped further if not for a host of losses by top-25 teams, including Florida State, Kansas, Villanova, North Carolina, Oregon, Notre Dame, UCLA, Butler, and Duke.
In all, UK is still in decent shape for March if they just get their act together, but that's easier said than done based on how they've looked the past few weeks.
As for the top spot, Gonzaga came in at No. 1, followed by Baylor, Kansas, Villanova and Arizona.

Even more amazing was that UK only dropped two spots in the latest Coaches Poll. I'm not sure I can recall of a team ever losing two games and dropping just two spots, let alone in the top 10, but that just speaks to how crazy last week was.
