The All-Star voting process may not always be perfect. Sometimes, we somehow end up with Zaza Pachulia leading the Western Conference front court in votes while DeMarcus Cousins lags way behind. However, the reserve selection process can solve that problem a little bit. The reserve selection process got John Wall and Cousins into the All-Star Game this year, which means the world makes a little more sense. Wall and Boogie, who're both averaging double-doubles this year, have become elite players at their respective positions. Leaving them out of this year's All-Star Game would've been a crime.
