UPDATE: De’Aaron Fox has been ruled out for the remainder of tonight’s game, according to Kentucky Basketball and ESPN.

Fox has returned to the bench with crutches and a walking boot. Not a good sign. Depending on how severe the injury is, Fox could miss next Tuesday’s game at Tennessee, not to mention next Saturday’s big matchup with No. 1 Kansas.
If he’s unable to play in either of those games, Isaiah Briscoe figures to be the starting point guard while sharing duties with Dominique Hawkins. Those two have played well this season, but they’ve struggled against the Gamecocks’ stout defense.
It doesn’t help that Mychal Mulder is sitting out this game as well, leaving the guard depth very thin.
De’Aaron Fox rolled his ankle driving the lane, and is now questionable to return, according to Kentucky Basketball’s Twitter.

If Fox doesn't return (he's questionable), UK is going to be thin at guard. Remember, Mulder out with an illness.
