Kentucky Wildcats vs Alabama Football depth chart

The Kentucky Wildcats have updated their depth chart ahead of their matchup with the Alabama Crimson Tide.

There weren’t many changes this week, but the biggest was Gunnar Hoak ascending to the No. 2 QB role behind Stephen Johnson. It looks like the true freshman has played well enough in practice that the staff thinks he should be the backup behind Johnson.

Elsewhere, Benny Snell is now the No. 2 kickoff returner, but still is the third-string running back behind Jojo Kemp and Boom Williams. I think it’s only a matter of time before Snell passes Kemp, and it wouldn’t be a shocker to see the true freshman end up starting a game or two as the season goes on.
