Lee Corso says Kentucky Wildcats may have worst defense in college football history

Obviously.

When it’s bad, it’s really bad for Kentucky football.

The latest national media member to pile onto what’s been a rough start for UK is ESPN College Gameday personality Lee Corso had some harsh words for UK.

“Kentucky might have the worst defense in the history of football,” Corso said on College Gameday. “Their fans can’t wait for basketball.”

The Wildcats’ joke of a defense has been drawing the ire of fans and local media for over a year now, as D.J. Eliot has been one of, if not the worst defensive coordinator in college football.

However, head coach Mark Stoops must also take blame for having one of the worst defenses in college football. This unit has been beyond pathetic through the first three games.

It’s so bad that Corso saying it ‘could’ be the worst defense in history feels like a Captain Obvious statement more than any kind of shot at UK.
