The Kentucky wildcats have found a new way to implement new traditions into the football gameday atmosphere.
Among them will be playing a coal mine whistle before third downs on defense to honor the hard-working blue collar people of Kentucky.
So of course, Eastern Kentucky’s own Jacob Hyde and Kash Daniel got to talk about this new tradition:
