The Wildcats will finally be back on the football field Saturday when Southern Miss rolls into Lexington.
However, the real work has already been done through a grueling month of fall training camp. Whether it was two-a-days, lots of conditioning, frequent hours in the film room, or simply studying the playbook, going through fall camp is about as challenging of an endeavor as one can go through both physically and mentally.
Now, you can get a behind-the-scenes look at what camp was like for the Cats, thanks to the latest work from Kentucky Wildcats.
It’s similar to what HBO does with “Hard Knocks” for NFL teams, though we’re seeing more and more college teams begin to do something similar for their football programs.
