We're less than two weeks away from the start of the 2016 college football season in the Bluegrass.
FOX Sports college football expert Bruce Feldman is revealing his predictions for every conference, including records and full standings for the entire SEC on Monday. Among his projections, Feldman has the Kentucky Wildcats reaching bowl eligibility.
SEC East No. 4: Kentucky (6-6, 3-5 SEC)
Drew Barker can play and so can the UK running backs. Mark Stoops doesn’t have enough in his front seven yet, but his tall, rangy corners are studs and I think the Cats will surprise a few folks.
There are a lot of new faces among the starters and unanswered questions throughout this team, but there's no question the talent and ability to win six games is there. It's up to Mark Stoops to make it all work and get UK back to the postseason while becoming a winning program again.
Here is how Feldman projects the entire SEC:
SEC WEST
1- LSU Tigers (11-1 overall, 7-1 SEC)
2- Alabama Crimson Tide (11-1, 7-1)
