If you thought Brad Calipari was 'just' the son of John Calipari, think again.
Brad joined the Kentucky Wildcats this year as a walk-on after a standout season at the MacDuffie School in Massachusetts. There, Brad shot 47 percent from the three-point line while chipping in 15.3 points, 3.6 assists and 2.6 rebounds per game as a senior.
Brad's shooting was on display Thursday in a workout video posted by Court XIV Training:

But you already knew that if you watched some of his previous workout vids:
In January, Brad played against incoming Wildcat signee Wenyen Gabriel, and it was the walk-on scoring the win over the five-star forward. Brad scored 17 points on five made three-pointers while leading his team to a 69-61 victory over Gabriel’s Wilbraham and Monson Academy (MA) team.
So yeah, the kid can play ball, and don't both writing him off as 'just Cal's son' at UK.
