With the Kentucky Wildcats having 10 recruits committed for 2017, there aren't many more spots up for grabs,
UK is planning to take around 17 players in next year's class with a small senior class leaving little room for a big class, especially since one of those final spots is reserved for Jedrick Wills, who just revealed his final eight schools in consideration:

The 6-5, 318-pound lineman also has the Florida Gators, LSU Tigers, Michigan Wolverines, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Tennessee Volunteers, Alabama Crimson Tide and Georgia Bulldogs in his cut-down list.
Wills, who hails from Lafayette High School just a short drive from UK, is considered one of the top overall offensive line in the Class of 2017. 247 has him ranked 37th overall and the No. 1 player from Kentucky in addition to being the No. 9 offensive tackle recruit.
Mark Stoops and his staff badly need to keep Wills with him growing up in UK's backyard, but Notre Dame and other college football powerhouses are heavily in pursuit of Wills. Keeping him in the Bluegrass will be no easy task, but Stoops has already landed many of Kentucky's top prospects during his tenure. I wouldn't bet against him in this one either.
Here are some of his Hudl highlights:
And be sure to go read Jon Hale's piece on Wills with a breakdown from Lafayette head coach Eric Shaw.
