As if things couldn't get any worse for Derek Willis, they continue to do so.
After being arrested for public intoxication this past weekend, more and more details continue to come out regarding what happened that fateful day, and most of them continue to paint a worse and worse picture of what transpired.
On Wednesday afternoon, Cincinnati news station WCPO posted the video of Willis' arrest from the dash cam of the police car.
As you may recall, this all started last Saturday when Boone County police responded to a report of a person lying in the road next to their car. That person turned out to be one 6-9 forward entering his senior season with the Kentucky Wildcats. Police said Willis was found passed out drunk in the street next to the open driver's side door in Union, Ky. before arresting him.
It's never good to see anyone do something like this, but it makes it even worse that Willis is supposed to be a senior leader. Obviously, Willis' leadership skills don't look good right now, and he's got a lot of work to do to get out of John Calipari's doghouse.
