Happy Saturday to all of you in Big Blue Nation. It's going to be a hot one here in the Bluegrass State, so whatever you do, make sure you have plenty of ice cold beverages around you. Me, I'm coaching a T-ball game and going to a birthday party.

With many of the NBA players opting to not participate in the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics, DeMarcus Cousins is realizing a personal dream and will suit up for the USA. The former Kentucky Wildcats big man is arguably the best center in the NBA and averaged 26.9 points and 11.5 rebounds for the Sacramento Kings last season.

We are all familiar with his reputation, some of it is fair but most of it is not, so this is a chance for Boogie to show the world his talent and what he is really about on and off the court.
