Kentucky Wildcats vs Florida Gators to be featured SEC on CBS game

The Kentucky Wildcats will be getting a primo spot on CBS this fall when they take on the Florida Gators.

CBS and UK just announced that the game will be the Week 2 SEC on CBS game, meaning much of the nation will get to see the Cats take on the Gators in Gainesville.

This just in: our Sept. 10 matchup at Florida in the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium in Gainesville, Fla., will be televised on CBS with kickoff set for 3:30 p.m. ET! #WeAreUK

In each of the past two meetings between these SEC East rivals, the game has gone down to the final minutes as Florida has narrowly edged UK both times. The last time they faced off in Gainesville, the game went into the three overtimes before the Gators escaped with a win.
