The 2016 NBA Combine is now here as the draft process really starts to rev up.
Just like the NFL Scouting Combine, you can watch the NBA Combine on TV and see many of the top prospects working out as they begin their road to their dreams of playing in the NBA. You can watch future NBA players go through 5-on-5 games and various workouts while also getting the lowdown on who may go where.
ESPN2 will televise the combine from 3-7 p.m. ET, on Thursday, May 12 and Friday, May 13. This broadcast will include whip-around coverage from the two scheduled 5-on-5 scrimmages Thursday and Friday, in addition to the regular set of drills: max vertical leap, no-step vertical leap, court sprints, shuttle drill, bench press and various shooting drills.
Simultaneously, ESPN3 will carry complete Combine scrimmage action on both days. The NBA Combine will also be available via WatchESPN. The event emanates from the Quest Multisport Complex in Chicago, Ill. This is the first in a series of NBA Draft events through ESPN, which also includes the 2016 NBA Draft Lottery on May 17 and the 2016 NBA Draft on June 23.
